CTU Secretary General to Deliver Keynote Address at Connected Caribbean Summit Ministerial Forum 

The Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) is pleased to announce that Rodney Taylor, its Secretary General, will deliver a feature address.

Miami, FL – 7 November 2023 – The Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) is pleased to announce that Rodney Taylor, its Secretary General, will deliver a feature address at the Ministerial Forum of the Connected Caribbean Summit 2023. Taylor’s address, titled “DATA, DISRUPTION, AND DEVELOPMENT: Public Policy Keys to Unlocking Caribbean Potential,” will take place on Wednesday, 6 December 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. 

The summit, scheduled from 5 – 6 December 2023, at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon, Miami, FL, is a pivotal event that transcends theoretical discussions and fosters practical solutions. In collaboration with other esteemed organizations, CTU is committed to advancing digitally enabled national and regional development, focusing on the critical intersection of data, disruption, and development in the Caribbean region.
